Burton,North Face,Columbia,Patagonia Jacket? Help Please!? Hi.. I'm planning to go to Vienna, Austria at the end of January but it`s a little scary because city weather temp. reaches 14 F / -10 C and probably rains. So I will need a very good jacket that keeps me warm because I live in south California and I`m not used to such low temperatures. I would like a below the waist jacket (city look). Please, help me to choose! My options are: a) Burton: Long Trail Down Jacket 700 fill b) North Face: Metropolis Jacket 600 Fill d) Patagonia: Down With It Parka 600 Fill. e) Columbia: MT Rosa 450 Fill Suggestions are welcome! Skiing in the Northwest? What should I wear? I am getting ready to ski in the Northwest for the first time ( just moved here). We live in Seattle, and were planning on skiing at Crystal, Mt. Baker, whistler, Stevens Pass, etc. I've only been skiing in Colorado, at the resorts. So, my question is what I should get to wear?! Still new to skiing so I don't really know. I have: a Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch fleece, a mountain hardwear Cohesion waterproof shell, a North Face 550-down Acocangua jacket, and a Patagonia Slopestyle hoody. Can I layer all these or do I need a new jacket?? I noticed I can get my power stretch on underneath my Cohesion, but is that enough?? Maybe with a baselayer (ie thermal underwear)? I don't wanna freeze!!! Please help me out!

I'm going to Wisconsin for a 1 week program in Feb. at Teton Science School (I’m going cross-country skiing) Based on an e-mail I got (I'm simplifying it), I need to get the following (tops & bottoms for all layers): **BASE LAYER: Long underwear. This is usually some kind of polyester or polyester-Lycra blend with a fancy proprietary name (REI=MTS, Patagonia=Capilene, etc.) **INSULATION LAYER: It can be one or more layers of fleece, wool sweater, down or other jacket, etc. Doesn’t need to be windproof/waterproof. **OUTER LAYER: Rain jackets/pants and/or ski bibs/ jackets/pants work as long as they are windproof & reasonably waterproof. Breathable, waterproof fabrics like Gore-Tex, Elements, etc., are suggested. **OTHER: A good hat (insulated) that covers your ears preferably with some kind of a windblock liner; waterproof mittens (warmer than gloves); snow boots (insulated); & socks that are wool or wool/polypropylene blend. (I'm 16 and I wear women's small--I need links to places that carry stuff in my size. Also, I know it’s not really important, but the nicer they look the better, so the more links you can give the better.)

It seems to me that many accounts of events in the Bible are written backwards in terms of logic and render an effect opposite to what they claim to do. It starts off early into the passages. I'm getting so frustrated.. I'm trying to shop online because I'm trying to buy a new wordrobe... help!!!? I have a pretty high budget just because I'm getting new EVERYTHING. so I'm looking for -big brown leather hobo-like/ satchely purse.. like you know the ones I'm talking about? that are like really cute? -tops/sweaters/shirts/v-necks/polos and button downs -SHOES. boots/flats/any kind of cute shoe -coats and jackets and pullovers (like north face and patagonia for the jackets and pullovers) (but like peacoats and cute things like that for a legit coat) i've been looking at urbanoutfitters.com and other things like that and can't find ANYTHING. its SOO FRUSTRATING. I have brands like tory burch, bcbg, north face, patagonia, michael stars, theory, ella moss, calvin klein, velvet, frye, stuff from victoria's secret, splendid, free people... stuff like that. but i mean ANYTHING CUTE IS GOOD! tops and stuff can be anywhere from $30- about 80 or 90 boots and shoes can be in the 100's up to like 250ish and so can coats and the purse can be up to $300 THANK YOU SO MUCH
