When and where do you where a down vest?

i got a down vest thingy recently and i was wondering when you are supposed to wear them. you can't really wear it in the winter because your arms would be cold and i dont wear any kind of jacket or anything in spring or summer. and in fall i usually want my arms covered... would you wear it when its like in the 60s or 70s or something??? and do you only wear them outside or can you wear them indoors too.. like at school? and i mean like these thingys bigandtall.com/images/SpeedthrillsvestBK.jpeg

1. I like wearing them in the fall mostly, but you can definitely wear them in the winter too. In the fall just wear a long sleeve under it that doesn't clash with the color of the vest, and in the winter wear a hoodie under it and you'll still be warm. As for wearing it indoors or out I would say do NOT wear it indoors as it is outerwear and you'll just look weird. So just wear a cute long sleeve under it or a cute shirt under your hoodie. 2. no not even...i would rather wear them when it's in the mid 50's,because mid 50's is chilly and you wear it then. But during the 60's and 70's..its too hot for a down vest with all those feathers in it.
3. I've seen this question before... I personally wouldn't wear it if it is 60's or 70's or something and if it doesn't have anything to cover your arms with than I see no reason for it, if I were you I wouldn't wear it, but it is up to you if you want to wear it or not
