where can i find a button down vest?

I was watching mtv's supersweet 16 and Aly Michalka was wearing a cute vest that I liked , i looked every where to find a cute vest but i cant find one.

1. I got one at Nordstroms. Express has some also. I can't find any on Nordstroms website, so I'm not sure if they still have them. Try checking out a store.
