Where can I find a beautiful yet affordable sweater vest?

I fell in love with one featured in Lucky Magazine, September edition (pg. 128). I would love to buy it but it's $135 & I just cannot spend that much on a vest. So basically i'm looking for a cream colored, scoop neck button down sleeveless knit vest. Any suggestions?

3. Omigosh I saw that vest! It is really adorable. I know Old Navy has a new sweater collection, and I saw some at Target for $18. Charlotte Russe and Wet Seal both had colored sweatervests, but not cream, for about $19-25. I think the best place to look would actually be in a women's store like Talbot's or Gap, because they generally have higher quality clothes, so the vest would be more durable, softer, and last longer.
