Has anyone tried machine washing the Uniqlo Preimum Down puffa jackets, despite stating dry clean only?

1. No, but if you want to see how it'll turn out, machine wash a down pillow. Instead of a fluffy down consistency, you'll end up with lumps. I'd try spot-cleaning it with baby wipes, then blot with a damp cloth.
2. i only have down jackets and i wash them. wash in warm not hot water gentle cycle.if the cuffs and collar are dirty use your liquid detergent on them instead of adding it to the water. the trick to drying them is to put 2 not one but 2 tennis balls in with them. dry for 15-20 minutes on low heat and put the dryer on air dry the rest of the time.i also wash my duvets and feather pillows. shake the jacket when you take it out of the dryer.the tennis balls plump up the loft.
