Is it okay to use Oxy-Clean on a down jacket?

I need to wash my white down jacket back to being as white as possible without bleach.

1. your problem is not in the washing but in the drying. it needs tumbling with a couple of tennis balls to break up the clumps and ensure complete drying. if you do not get it completely dry it will stink!!
