What color of button down, vest, and tie should I wear?

For a new years party. I am a red head with fair skin, not alot of freckles, 6'2, 190.

4. I think you should try a dark green tie, because it usually goes well with redhair. as for the button down and vest it's up to you. Maybe black or something
