What tie can you wear with cardigan grey vest with white shirt and jeans?

So what color tie can you wear with a light grey cardigan vest (the ones that button down) with a long sleeve white dress shirt underneath and dark blue jeans? And also What color shoes should i wear. does it have to be dressy? not dressy...just dark blue jeans...

1. red tie would work i think any color would go with white and gray... jeans??? are you trying to be dressy or not???? it depends on where you're going. if its a fancy party, wear dress shoes and black pants.
